Golden Hills Turquoise Giveaway Official Rules

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Golden Hills Turquoise Pendant Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Lifted Realm (“Sponsor”), liftedrealm.com. Questions regarding the Giveaway may be directed to liftedteam@liftedrealm.com.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, officers, representatives, and agents of Lifted Realm, as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit:

Complete and submit the official entry form with your email address, first name, and last name.

Existing Lifted Realm email subscribers may enter by completing and submitting the same Giveaway entry form.

Limit one entry per person and per email address. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, fraudulent, or improperly submitted entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

No purchase is necessary. Joining a Facebook group, following a social-media account, sharing a post, making a purchase, or enrolling in SMS marketing is not required to enter or win.

5. Email and SMS Communications

By submitting the Giveaway form, entrants agree to join the Lifted Realm Turquoise Collector email list and may receive emails concerning turquoise arrivals, artist-made jewelry, collector education, live showcases, and Lifted Realm offerings.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Giveaway entry.

Providing a mobile telephone number and enrolling in SMS communications is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win. SMS enrollment does not provide an additional entry or improve the odds of winning. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text STOP to cancel and HELP for assistance.

6. Prize

One eligible winner will receive one Ned Nez Golden Hills Turquoise sterling silver floral pendant.

Approximate retail value: $199 USD.

The pendant is one of a kind and will be awarded as shown and described on the Giveaway page. The chain displayed in certain photographs is for presentation purposes and is not included.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

The Sponsor will cover standard shipping to the verified winner within the United States. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or other expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about October 1, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the Sponsor’s first notification and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide a valid United States shipping address.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide the requested information, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected through another random drawing.

The Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are delayed, misdirected, filtered as spam, or undeliverable because of inaccurate information supplied by an entrant.

9. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and accepts the Sponsor’s decisions as final regarding the administration of the Giveaway and the interpretation of these rules.

The Sponsor reserves the right, where legally permitted, to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, interfere with the operation of the Giveaway, or violate these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway as permitted by law. If the Giveaway is terminated early, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lifted Realm and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway will be handled according to the Lifted Realm Privacy Policy:

Entry information will be used to administer the Giveaway, contact the potential winner, maintain the Lifted Realm Turquoise Collector email list, and provide communications consistent with the entrant’s selections and applicable law.

12. Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any responsibility or liability related to the Giveaway. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Lifted Realm and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

13. Winner Information

Following winner confirmation, the Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and last initial through Lifted Realm’s website, email, or social-media channels where permitted by law.
